Please read these terms carefully before using Fluxhive ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the platform at fluxhive.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

By accessing or using Fluxhive — including browsing the marketplace, creating an account, purchasing a product, or listing a product for sale — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, buyers, sellers, and any other parties who access or use Fluxhive in any way.
Fluxhive reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. See Section 11 for how we notify you of material changes.
Fluxhive is a digital marketplace that connects independent creators ("sellers") with buyers looking to purchase digital products. The platform specializes in:
Fluxhive acts as the marketplace operator and payment facilitator. We are not the seller of record for third-party seller products. Disputes regarding product content or descriptions should be directed to the relevant seller first (see Section 10 for dispute resolution).
To purchase products or list products for sale, you must create a Fluxhive account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update it if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access. Fluxhive will never ask for your password via email or support chat.
You agree to notify Fluxhive immediately at support@fluxhive.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Fluxhive is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Each individual may hold only one personal Fluxhive account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, bans, or fee structures is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated.
Fluxhive may suspend or permanently terminate accounts for violation of these terms, fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or any activity harmful to the platform, sellers, or other users — at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
These terms apply to all users who list products for sale on Fluxhive. By submitting a product listing, you agree to the following:
Sellers receive 90% of each sale. Fluxhive retains a 10% platform fee to cover payment processing, hosting, fraud protection, and marketplace infrastructure.
The platform fee is deducted automatically at the time of sale. Revenue shares are calculated on the net amount after Stripe payment processing fees.
You must own or hold the full rights to distribute any product you list on Fluxhive. By listing a product, you represent and warrant that:
Sellers are required to provide accurate, honest, and complete product descriptions including a clear description of what the product contains, its intended use, and any requirements or limitations. Misleading descriptions, fake reviews, or inflated claims are grounds for immediate listing removal and account termination.
Products listed on Fluxhive must not be illegal, harmful, deceptive, or in violation of any applicable law. The following are expressly prohibited:
Fluxhive reserves the right to remove any listing at any time, without prior notice, if it is determined to violate these terms or our content standards.
Seller payouts are processed via Stripe Connect on a weekly schedule, disbursed every Monday. A minimum balance of $20.00 USD must be accrued before a payout is initiated. Balances below this threshold roll over to the following week. You must complete Stripe Connect onboarding and maintain a valid payout method to receive payments.
Upon successful purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product. Unless the product listing explicitly states that a commercial license is included, your purchase covers personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the product files.
A commercial license — permitting use in client work, resale of derivative products, or other commercial applications — is available only where explicitly stated by the seller on the individual product page. If a product listing does not mention commercial rights, assume personal use only.
After purchase, your download links are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase, with a maximum of 5 download attempts per product. Links expire automatically after this window. Expired links cannot be re-activated; if you need access after expiry, contact support@fluxhive.app.
Fluxhive recommends saving purchased files to local storage or cloud backup immediately after download.
Refund eligibility is determined by the individual seller's stated refund policy on their product page. If no policy is stated, Fluxhive's default policy applies: refunds are available only before the product has been downloaded or accessed. Once a download event is recorded, refunds are not available except in cases of technical delivery failure or material misrepresentation.
To request a refund, contact the seller directly through their listed contact method first. If the issue is not resolved within 5 business days, escalate to Fluxhive support at support@fluxhive.app.
Fluxhive — including its design, code, branding, user interface, and all original content created by Fluxhive — is owned by Fluxhive and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without explicit written permission.
Sellers retain full ownership of the intellectual property in the products they list. Listing a product on Fluxhive does not transfer ownership to Fluxhive. You grant Fluxhive a limited, non-exclusive license to display, host, and distribute your product solely for the purpose of operating the marketplace.
Buyers receive only the use rights described in the product listing — no broader rights are implied. Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright, trademark, or any other intellectual property rights to the buyer.
If you believe a product listed on Fluxhive infringes your copyright, please submit a takedown notice to support@fluxhive.app with your contact information, identification of the infringing material, and a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized. We will investigate and respond promptly.
All payments on Fluxhive are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Fluxhive does not store payment card numbers, CVV codes, or full card data. Stripe receives and processes all payment information directly.
By making a purchase, you authorize Fluxhive to charge your payment method via Stripe for the amount displayed at checkout. All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.
Fluxhive charges sellers a 10% platform fee on each transaction. This fee covers Stripe payment processing, secure file hosting, marketplace infrastructure, customer support, and fraud protection. Buyers are not charged any additional platform fees beyond the listed product price.
Seller payouts are initiated weekly every Monday for all cleared balances at or above $20.00 USD. Stripe Connect transfers typically take 1–3 business days to arrive in your bank account, depending on your country and bank. Fluxhive is not responsible for delays caused by Stripe or your banking institution.
Sellers are solely responsible for declaring and paying all taxes applicable to their income from Fluxhive, including sales tax, VAT, GST, and income tax, as required by their local jurisdiction. Fluxhive may collect and remit sales tax where legally required. Stripe Connect provides tax reporting tools to assist sellers with compliance.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Fluxhive. Violation may result in immediate account termination, legal action, or both:
Piracy & Copyright Infringement
Uploading, distributing, or selling products that infringe on any third-party copyright, trademark, or patent. This includes unlicensed fonts, images, software, or datasets.
Fraud & Payment Abuse
Initiating fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or disputes in bad faith. Using stolen payment credentials. Creating fake purchases to manipulate sales rankings.
Impersonation
Impersonating another user, seller, Fluxhive staff, or any other person or organization. Creating fake profiles or listings under another person's identity.
Spam & Manipulation
Submitting fake reviews, inflating ratings, spamming other users through the platform's messaging features, or manipulating search rankings through artificial means.
Reverse Engineering
Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of Fluxhive's platform software, APIs, or proprietary systems.
Automated Abuse
Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to bulk-download products, harvest user data, circumvent rate limits, or perform any action that places undue load on the platform.
Fluxhive is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fluxhive's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Fluxhive in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Fluxhive is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunity, goodwill, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Fluxhive is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, legality, or fitness for purpose of any product listed by third-party sellers. Disputes regarding product content should be directed to the seller in the first instance.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting Fluxhive at support@fluxhive.app with a written description of the dispute and your desired resolution. Fluxhive will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receipt.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law. Arbitration shall be conducted by a mutually agreed arbitration body under their rules. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Fluxhive to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm, including but not limited to intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to the platform.
Fluxhive reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will:
Minor changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or changes required by law) may be made without advance notice. Your continued use of Fluxhive after the effective date of any revised terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
