1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Fluxhive ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use this service.

2. Digital Products and Licenses

2.1 License Grant

After successful payment confirmation, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product in accordance with the specific product license, product description, and any additional restrictions stated on the product page.

2.2 Restrictions

  • You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share purchased digital products.
  • You may not claim authorship of products you did not create.
  • You may not use purchased products in a way that directly competes with Fluxhive or the original seller where prohibited by the product license.
  • Bulk downloading, scraping, automated harvesting, or attempts to bypass access controls are prohibited.

2.3 Delivery

Digital delivery is granted only after server-side payment confirmation. A checkout redirect or success page alone does not constitute confirmed delivery.

3. Payment and Refunds

3.1 Payment Processing

Payments for the current production release are processed through Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

3.2 Digital Product Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: Refunds are only available before the purchased product is downloaded or accessed.

Once a digital product has been downloaded, opened, or otherwise accessed, refunds are no longer available except where required by applicable law.

3.2.1 Refund Eligibility

  • Before Access: The product must not have been downloaded, accessed, or used.
  • Time Window: The refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Ownership: Refund requests may only be submitted by the customer who owns the purchase.
  • Original Payment Method: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever technically possible.

3.2.2 Access and Download Tracking

Fluxhive records download and product-access events in order to enforce the refund policy fairly. This may include:

  • download link usage,
  • file delivery events,
  • product access events,
  • timestamped access and refund-status records.

3.2.3 Refund Process

  1. Submit a refund request through your account or refund form.
  2. The system verifies ownership and refund eligibility.
  3. If the product has already been accessed or downloaded, the refund request is rejected.
  4. Eligible requests are reviewed and processed to the original payment method where possible.

3.2.4 Exceptions

Limited exceptions may be considered in cases such as:

  • duplicate purchases,
  • confirmed payment processing errors,
  • material misrepresentation of a product,
  • technical delivery failure where no actual access or download occurred.

3.2.5 Product Previews

Product previews, screenshots, descriptions, and publicly visible demo materials do not count as product access for refund-eligibility purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • payment must be confirmed server-side before delivery is granted,
  • refunds are available only before access or download,
  • your access and download events may be logged automatically,
  • you reviewed available previews and product information before purchase.

5. **Processing Time**: Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

6. **Previews Available**: We encourage you to review product descriptions, previews, and sample content before purchasing to ensure the product meets your needs.

4. User Accounts

You may create an account to track purchases, refund requests, and download history. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity occurring under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unauthorized redistribution, scraping, or attempts to bypass technical restrictions.

5. Intellectual Property

All digital products sold through Fluxhive remain protected by copyright, licensing, and other applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved to the original rights holder.

6. Privacy and Data

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 Service Availability

We aim to maintain reliable access to Fluxhive, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

7.2 Content Accuracy

We make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, previews, and metadata are accurate, but we do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or free of mistakes.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fluxhive is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunity, or business interruption.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the operator of Fluxhive is legally established, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted on the site unless stated otherwise. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
